It’s an alright mascara

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do like the product overall for me there are few things lacking with this mascara. I feel as the colour is not consistent in the application of the product to my lashes and it takes a bit to see any colour. However, I do like the idea of this product and the colour is stunning when my lashes are well coated.

Beautiful formula

I would give this 5 stars but the colour blue doesn’t work on me. That being said, this is a very pretty blue colour and would suit someone with blue or green eyes.

Not the best colour wise

Unfortunately, the colour just wasn’t for me. I much prefer a classic black mascara, so for that reason I wouldn’t personally repurchase. I’d definitely consider buying it again if the same formula was available in black.

It's more like a tinge and then you can build it up if you want a more intense blue. This on the lower lashes would look great I think. And of course Sky High is a great mascara in itself - very lengthening and light.

Looking at it out of the tube I thought I had made a mistake of buying something brighter than would suit me but I was pleasantly surprised when I actually tried it on. It’s not as bright as it looks but still gives enough colour to be noticeable. Works well even with non flashy looks. Lovely colour with the length and volume I love from the sky high range

Good if you like blue colour

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Maybelline Sky High Mascara in navy blue is a great choice if you want your eyelashes to look longer while adding a subtle pop of colour but personally I don’t like this colour because it doesn’t suit me. The mascara has a thin, flexible brush that makes it easy to reach both the long and short lashes. It separates the lashes well and gives them a more defined appearance without making them look too clumpy.
One of the best things about this mascara is its lengthening effect. After applying a couple of coats, my lashes look noticeably longer and more lifted. The navy-blue colour is also a nice alternative to traditional black mascara. It is noticeable in bright light but still looks quite natural, making it suitable for everyday makeup.
The formula is lightweight, so it does not feel heavy on the lashes. However, if you apply too many coats, it can start to become slightly clumpy. It can also take a little effort to remove at the end of the day.
Overall, I would rate the Maybelline Sky High navy-blue mascara 8.5/10. I would recommend it to anyone who wants longer, separated lashes with a fun but wearable hint of blue.
