Best eyeliner pencil I’ve ever used

I bought this 2 months ago and it’s now become a daily makeup item of mine. I love adding a pop of colour around my eyes without having to sharpen a thin stick. It stays over 24 hours sometimes if I don’t sweat much. It’s a must have for eyeliner, eyeshadow or waterline makeup!

Great colour poor staying power

Bought my first tattoo eyeshadow pen and although I love the colour, it always disappears by lunchtime and smudges under my eyes and above my eyes leaving dark smudging. No idea what I’m doing wrong but it definitely does NOT have 24H staying power. Won’t buy again

Expensive eye-stick that doesn't do what is promised.
I bought the ivory stick to 'brighten tired eyes'.
It claims to last 24 hours.
It lasted less than 3 blinks and it vanished.
Terrible product. So disapppointed.

Great product for an easy pop of colour!

Ok but not for me

It is long wearing and I found it easily removed using wipes but I wasn't so keen on the colour and I think it would suit a younger person who probably wears more make up than myself at aged 54.

2.5* Tattoo Eye Stix

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was lucky enough to be sent this to try and review. However, my opinions are in no way influenced by the fact that I was gifted this.
I received 'I am Determined' - an espresso brown colour (matte).
It was nice & sharp on delivery & I initially used it to tightline my eyes & do a little flick - easy for the 1st eye, blunt for the 2nd. I tried to sharpen it with the inbuilt sharpener in the end, but that just made it worse. Therefore my 2nd eyeliner was less 'tight' more 'smudgy' & a 'fat flick'.
Never mind, it should make it easy to use as shadow...or not. Whilst the pencil was soft to apply, trying to smudge it was very difficult. I initially tried to blend it out with a brush (as per description), this was not a success so I tried my finger. This moved it more than the brush but it was definitely not well blended, more a smudged, messy, crayon look & a great way to tug your eyelids.
On the plus side, the tightline lasted over 8hrs, the 'shadow' & the flick 4-6 ish, gradually fading. However, if you want to get this stuff off your eyes you're going to need an oil based eye makeup remover & patience!
Thank you very much for sending this for me to try Maybelline but I'm sorry I won't be rushing out to purchase another. You make much better products that I'm very happy with.

Lovely eye shadow stick

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve tried this stick only as eye shadow. This is mostly because the colour is very pale. However, as a shadow, it does give a lovely sheen. It certainly did last all day on my lids without ant sign of creasing or rubbing off. It was extremely easy to use too. I’ll just need to be a bit ,ore adventurous with it now!!

The colour is so easy to wear and looks lovely on its own, is great for those minimal make up days. I've always been a powder eyeshadow girl, but this one has gone some way to convincing me to try sticks and creams more often

Good For Strong Eyeliner and Shadow

As an eyeliner, it is better as a thick eyeliner, as even with the sharpener, it is quite soft and didn't hold the point well. I do like that you can use it as a shadow and blends easily. I happen to like a thicker eyeliner sometimes, so this did work for me. Maybe keeping it in the fridge would help with keeping the point sharper for longer.

Very useful addition to your make up bag

Lovely versatile eye colour!

The colour was perfect as i am super fair and buildable colour. Stayed put all day and into the evening. I used it to define my eyes and add a little soft shadow. Love this and will look at other colours to add to my makeup bag.

For me, i think the shade was a little too dark, but as far as performance goes, I cant fault it. Well worth getting-in the correct shade of course-and makes a real difference to my overall made up look. You can tell its a quality product by how easy and smooth it is to apply, and then there is the staying power. The overall look is pretty fab and I can highly recommend this product.

Natural but noticeable

The colour for me was perfect as I tend to always get this type of colour for my eyeshadow. It went on smoothly and wasn’t sticky like I thought it may be. Easy application for Multi-use

Not only can it be used as an all-over lid colour, but it also works well as an eyeliner or for creating precise details and accents. It's also available in many shades for easy day and night looks as the formula is buildable or can be used as a primer base.
